- Guests
- We reply to your guests in under 30 minutes. Check-in is self-service: we prepare the instructions and codes, and stay reachable throughout the stay.
- Cleaning and linens
- Cleaning and linens are arranged for every stay, with hotel-quality linens.
- Maintenance
- Small repairs, we do ourselves at no extra cost. We also drop by every property regularly: better to spot a problem than wait for a guest to complain about it. For a real repair, we call in a tradesman we trust at the best price, and take no commission.
- Disputes
- If a guest disagrees, we handle the dispute for you.
- Police registration
- The mandatory police registration form is filled out by us, something others overlook.
- Transparency
- Booking revenue goes straight to you, then you pay us our commission. Owner reporting lets you follow everything.
